7-Day Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange on all items that are unopened and sealed in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What Can Be Exchanged

• Items must be unopened, sealed and unused, with all original packaging intact.
• Opened or used fragrances cannot be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
• To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 0326 5512000 with your order number and a photo of the item.

How Exchanges Work

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the sealed item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement fragrance.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, please send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange right away.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases are handled as exchanges or store credit.
