Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Product images are for illustration; the actual product matches the described fragrance, size and packaging.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund of any advance paid.

Orders & Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.
• An advance of Rs. 300/- is required to confirm every order. Bank details are shared on WhatsApp (0326 5512000) after you place your order.
• For Cash on Delivery, the remaining balance is payable in cash when your parcel arrives. For Bank Transfer, the full remaining balance must be transferred before dispatch.
• Orders are confirmed only after the advance is verified.

Delivery

Delivery charges are a flat Rs. 250 per order anywhere in Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation and delivered within 2–4 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange on unopened, sealed items. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Piviani’s liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
