At Piviani Fragrances, every bottle is hand-inspected and sealed to ensure absolute quality. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and concentrated attars, we handle returns and exchanges with strict guidelines.
🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with incorrect items, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
- Notification Window: You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Proof Required: Clear unboxing video or photos showing the sealed courier flyer, shipping label, and the damaged product.
- Resolution: Upon verification, a replacement bottle will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.
🔄 Exchanges (Scent Preference)
- Unopened items with intact original cellophane packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for standard return courier shipping fees.
- Opened, sprayed, or tested bottles cannot be exchanged due to hygiene protocols.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are processed only if a replacement item is out of stock. Approved refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days.
